Alberta WaterSMART: Bordeaux Developments (Harmony)
Recognizing our critical dependence on sustainable land use and community development, we are proud to announce that one of our initial industry partnerhips is with Bordeaux Developments.
Alberta WaterSMART is partnering with Bordeaux Developments on its new Harmony development project located in Springbank, Alberta.
On over 1,700 acres, Bordeaux is creating one of Calgary's largest, most original lake communities. Working collaboratively with Alberta WaterSMART and other partners, Bordeaux's vision is to take a holistic approach and create a diverse community with a 5-star lifestyle centre, a variety of housing product, low-density stacked homes, retirement community, employment lands and designated educational lands.
Our partnership with Bordeaux focuses on the development of high quality water and wastewater services through the responsible, sustainable and innovative stewardship of resources. The Harmony project will provide a showcase opportunity to implement leading edge water management (recycling) technologies and practices in a residential and community setting.
